Hey — I'm Chris. OffDaBench started with a single product and a goal to share my business journey on YouTube. Pretty soon, people were asking if I could make their products too — so I took the leap, and the shop's been growing ever since.
Today I run custom production for makers and brands around the world — 3D printed, assembled, and shipped from right here in Grand Rapids. Whatever you're building, I treat it like it's my own.

Do you offer custom 3D printing in Grand Rapids, Michigan?
Yes — OffDaBench is a Grand Rapids–based custom 3D printing and manufacturing studio. We design, print, and ship made-to-spec parts and products for customers across the United States.
What can you manufacture?
Functional parts, props, fixtures, and finished products in a range of materials (PLA, PETG, Nylon, TPU and more). If you can spec it, we can usually print it — everything we make is custom.
How do I get a quote?
Start a project on our Services page and tell us what you're making. We'll set up a quick call to talk it through, then put together a custom quote — priced per project.
Do you work with international brands?
Yes — we partner with brands both international and US-based as their US manufacturing and fulfillment partner. Everything is produced and shipped within the United States and fulfilled to US-based customers (we don't ship outside the US).
What file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, STEP, OBJ, and 3MF files. No model yet? We also offer design help to turn an idea or sketch into a printable file.
What's your typical turnaround?
Turnaround is quoted per project. Every job is different, so once we've talked through the details, you'll get a clear timeline along with your quote.
